VIVA POMONA

Saturday was without a doubt the best show we've played. Ricardo helped put together the Viva Pomona fest and It was a total success. The Trabajo van was set up outside and New Folks did a street show. The Night ended with a surprise performance by Vivian Girls!

We spent a month recording and re recording our demos, We are almost done probably be another week, We know its going to be called "Roche Et Roule". July is going to be crazy we have 7 shows so there will be more updates while the cassette gets duplicated. 


In the meantime here is a review of our songs  from a unique blog called "Sincerely California" This is one of my favorite review I feel like she really got it.

SF Pop fest result.

San Fran was so much fun, we got into so much trouble, Sea Pony was the best Ive ever seen them, and we made new friend (BOAT).  We Are going back to San Fran and playing the same place later in July.

Review of our new demos

Here is a review of the two demos we recently uploaded to our bandcamp.

"These tracks are a great segue into the future of Black Elephant. Instead of giving you an image of the urban fast-paced side of Los Angeles, the 2 new songs project an image of those dreamy California summers, driving down the coast as the sun is setting, joint in your hand with the wind brusing against your face. All this being held together with pop and post-punk aspects."
